Priula S.r.l., in its capacity as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679 hereinafter ‘GDPR’, hereby informs you that the aforementioned regulation provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights.

Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations provided therein.

Purposes and Legal Basis

Your data will be used for the following purposes:

Browsing Data
The IT systems and software procedures used for the operation of this site acquire, during their normal functioning, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

Such data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:

– obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.);

– verifying the proper functioning of the services offered.

Browsing data are not kept for more than seven days (except where required for the investigation of crimes by the judicial authorities).

Personal data will be stored for the time necessary to ensure the provision of the requested service and, subsequently, for the period required by legal or regulatory obligations.

Personal data voluntarily provided by the user (name, surname, company, email, phone) through the contact form will be processed solely for the purpose of responding to the data subject’s request for information.

Such data will not be used for marketing or profiling purposes.

The legal basis of the processing is the consent of the data subject, expressed by selecting the appropriate acceptance box of the terms and conditions before submitting the form.

Categories of Recipients of the Data Processed

Your data will be processed solely by personnel expressly authorized by the Controller, and in particular by the following categories:

Your data may be communicated to external parties for the proper management of the relationship and, in particular, to the following categories of

Amendments to this Policy

The Controller may change, modify, add to, or remove any part of this Privacy Policy.
