Polyethylene bags are suitable for packaging a wide range of items, from small parts and accessories to sturdier objects such as tools and equipment. They are extremely versatile and resistant to stress, which is why they are used across numerous industrial sectors.
Polyethylene bags are suitable for direct contact with food as well as for packaging products intended for medical use. For both sectors, we manufacture in compliance with current regulations, ensuring safety, hygiene, and traceability. Depending on the application, we use prime virgin LDPE, MDPE, and HDPE, carefully selected to guarantee high technical performance.
Our polyethylene bags are available in neutral or colored versions, with the option of high-precision printing (logos, graphics, various information, and advertising customizations).
- Sealing types: bottom seal, side seal, or side gusset, depending on the shape and volume to be packaged
- Closure systems: adhesive flap, press-to-close, minigrip, zipper, and other resealable solutions
- Printing: transparent bags or flexographic printing up to 6 colors
- Masterbatch: colored, antistatic, and/or UV resistant upon request
- Pre-cuts, holes, and micro-perforations available upon request
- Suitable for food contact
Certificates
EUROPEAN PHARMACOPOEIA
Bags and rolls can be produced using polyethylene compliant with the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia, specifically monographs 3.1.3 (Polyolefins)
PARTICLE COUNT CERTIFICATE
Upon request, a particle count analysis certificate can be provided, indicating the level of product contamination, issued by an external specialized laboratory.
STERILIZATION WITH BETA & GAMMA RAYS
In the case of subsequent sterilization of reels and bags, a color-changing label is applied to the packaging. By observing the change in color of the label, the customer’s laboratory can certify the successful outcome of the sterilization process.
TRACEABILITY
Each production order can be traced and identified through its batch number.
CUSTOM PACKAGING
Bags and reels can be packaged in single or double heat-sealed wrapping, depending on the customer’s request.
