Polyethylene film
Polyethylene film is an extremely versatile packaging solution, used in numerous industrial contexts to protect, wrap, separate or package different types of products. Sold in rolls and made from first-choice LDPE, MDPE or HDPE, it can also be used on automatic production plants.
Polyethylene rolls can be supplied in different configurations:
- Tubular rolls
- Single-fold rolls

- Sheet rolls
This type of product is widely used in the logistics sector. It is ideal for the production of secondary and tertiary packaging, protective covers, interleaving sheets, pallet wrapping, dust covers or as a barrier. Polyethylene film can also be produced in a shrink version, to ensure compact and stable packaging of products during transport or storage.
On request, polyethylene film can also be produced in a version suitable for food contact or in compliance with regulations for the pharma-medical sector, ensuring maximum safety and traceability.

Certificates
EUROPEAN PHARMACOPOEIA
Bags and rolls can be produced using polyethylene compliant with the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia, specifically monographs 3.1.3 (Polyolefins)
PARTICLE COUNT CERTIFICATE
Upon request, a particle count analysis certificate can be provided, indicating the level of product contamination, issued by an external specialized laboratory.
STERILIZATION WITH BETA & GAMMA RAYS
In the case of subsequent sterilization of reels and bags, a color-changing label is applied to the packaging. By observing the change in color of the label, the customer’s laboratory can certify the successful outcome of the sterilization process.
TRACEABILITY
Each production order can be traced and identified through its batch number.
CUSTOM PACKAGING
Bags and reels can be packaged in single or double heat-sealed wrapping, depending on the customer’s request.
