Polyethylene bags for food
Polyethylene food bags ensure safety, hygiene, and optimal preservation of products intended for consumption. They maintain the integrity of the contents, preventing contamination and preserving the organoleptic properties of food.
Our bags are made of virgin HDPE, MDPE, and LDPE, certified for food contact in compliance with European regulations (EC Reg. 1935/04 and 2023/06). Each production batch is traceable and supported by a controlled supply chain, guaranteeing safety and regulatory compliance.
Polyethylene food bags can be customized with printing, useful both for brand identity and for including mandatory information or usage instructions, in compliance with food labeling regulations.
We can also produce resealable bags with a pressure-seal zipper, making them convenient for household use and extending food preservation. The zipper punch can be oval, round, or euro hole for display racks.

EUROPEAN PHARMACOPOEIA
Bags and rolls can be produced using polyethylene compliant with the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia, specifically monographs 3.1.3 (Polyolefins)
PARTICLE COUNT CERTIFICATE
Upon request, a particle count analysis certificate can be provided, indicating the level of product contamination, issued by an external specialized laboratory.
STERILIZATION WITH BETA & GAMMA RAYS
In the case of subsequent sterilization of reels and bags, a color-changing label is applied to the packaging. By observing the change in color of the label, the customer’s laboratory can certify the successful outcome of the sterilization process.
TRACEABILITY
Each production order can be traced and identified through its batch number.
CUSTOM PACKAGING
Bags and reels can be packaged in single or double heat-sealed wrapping, depending on the customer’s request.
