Polyethylene sheets and bands
Polyethylene sheets and bands represent a practical and resistant solution for the protection, covering and separation of industrial products during processing or transport. Polyethylene sheets are ideal to be used as covering solutions, as they ensure high protection against dust, humidity, external agents and contamination.
Our polyethylene sheets and bands are manufactured in compliance with current regulations and are suitable for use in regulated environments, such as medical, pharmaceutical and food industries. They represent a safe, traceable and tailor-made solution, which can also be used on automatic packaging lines.
The product is generally sold in bundles of variable quantity (small lots also available) depending on requirements.
- Printing: transparent sheets or flexographic printing up to 6 colors
- Colored master: uniform color over the entire surface of the sheet
- Antistatic master: safe use and protection from dust
- Anti-UV master: suitable for outdoor applications or environments exposed to light
- Tear lines, holes and micro-perforations on request
- Suitable for food contact
Certificates
EUROPEAN PHARMACOPOEIA
Bags and rolls can be produced using polyethylene compliant with the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia, specifically monographs 3.1.3 (Polyolefins)
PARTICLE COUNT CERTIFICATE
Upon request, a particle count analysis certificate can be provided, indicating the level of product contamination, issued by an external specialized laboratory.
STERILIZATION WITH BETA & GAMMA RAYS
In the case of subsequent sterilization of reels and bags, a color-changing label is applied to the packaging. By observing the change in color of the label, the customer’s laboratory can certify the successful outcome of the sterilization process.
TRACEABILITY
Each production order can be traced and identified through its batch number.
CUSTOM PACKAGING
Bags and reels can be packaged in single or double heat-sealed wrapping, depending on the customer’s request.
